We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Description of Service

Coalesc provides document processing and organization tools for accounting firms. Our services include document intake, classification, and export capabilities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Use Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

Coalesc retains all rights to our software, branding, and proprietary technology. You retain all rights to your data uploaded to our platform.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
